A new side-project from kenshi247 editor George was unleashed on the unsuspecting public today:

The premise of the website is simple: using an iphone, take and upload a creative kendo related picture everyday (if possible) for a year.
The aims of the project are two-fold:
- develop a better eye for creativity whilst taking pictures;
- share images from my daily kendo life with readers of kenshi247.net.
I hope people will enjoy looking at the pictures as much as I do taking them, cheers!!

Yes, every single pic in the kendo365 project will be taken (and edited more than likely) on my iphone.
If you want to develop a better eye, why all the post-processing?
I have the end, processed result in mind when I take the pictures, which is a (generally) totally different way I take pictures with my DSLR.
In the same vein I also put tabasco on perfectly tasty pizza…
At the end of the day, I guess, its a personal style thing.
